Gigabyte GTX 650 vs 650 ti

Which card should i buy? i found 650 ti has 1 fan with high speed resulting more noise than 650 and 650 is better in high resolution. somebody please help!!!

A 650 ti is definitely the way to go. You will be limited in the games you can play smoothly with the 650 at 1080p. The 650ti can (for the most part) play any modern game at 1080p, at least on the lowest settings. In many games, it will be able to go higher than the lowest settings. As for noise, it likely won't be noticeable if you buy a card with a good aftermarket cooler.

I found 2 GB 650 ti has lower pixel rate than 2 GB resulting lower performance in higher resolution for 650 ti. Other features are higher than 650. Also the cooling system is better in 650 than the 650 ti....... Its creating great confusion as I dislike the noise very much and also want to play modern games in high resolution.

What do you mean by "high resolution"? Because at 1080p, the 650 ti pretty much creams the 650, using BF3 as an example:

What is your budget because the GTX 650 Ti Boost http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00CBQNFJE/ref=as_li_qf_sp_asin_il_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=B00CBQNFJE&linkCode=as2&tag=b0b929-20 destroys both of those.

+1 to that. And if you can get the 7850 for cheaper, than you may want to go with that.
