Hi i am considering an upgrade to GIGABYTE GEFORCE GTX750 TI due to its low power consumption but i am not sure if my 470W psu can support it. Here's my current setup.Thank you

PSU: Thermaltake TR2-470
CPU: Intel Core 2 Extreme QX6700
Mobo: Gigabyte P35-DS3L
GPU: ATI Radeon HD3850
RAM: 2 X 2GB G.SKILL (F2-8000CL5D-4GBPQ)
2 X 1GB Kingston (KHX8500D2K2/2G)
HDD: 1 X Seagate (ST3500320AS)
ODD: 1 X Sony Optiarc (AD-7203A)
PCI: 1 X Linksys WMP54-G Wireless

Great! Would you recommend this upgrade or would you prefer a new pc setup? I haven't been a gamer for a few years and i don't know if my pc (including GTX750 TI) will handle games well or at least decent. Thanks again

I would recommend a new setup, as many of your components are rather old.

This is the PC I'd recommend if you're on a tighter budget. It'll run most modern games like BF4 on ultra settings at 50+ FPS. The CPU is unlocked, so you can overclock it if you add a better fan. Its also crossfire capable if you want to add a second card down the road to increase performance.

I didn't overclock cpu so far but if that would solve my problem along with the new gpu i would go for that (gtx ti will cost me around 150 EU or 190 USD)

I'll probably try oc the cpu along with the new gpu. If that doesn't work i'll go with a new setup. Thanks again
