Gigabyte GTX 770 Low FPS in Games

I have a AMD 8320
8gb RAM
2 GB GTX 770
23.6" 60hz monitor
In GTA 4 i get like 35-45 FPS with Vsync on and off.

Those are my settings for GTA 4.
I would think i would get a higher FPS?

Well if the only game you are having problems with is GTA 4, I wouldn't worry too much. I can tell you from experience on 3 different PC's, that game is just not optimized very well on PC. With a bit of sacrifice and tweaking around with the settings like shadows, filters, distance, etc. you can raise it to run in the 60-75 or higher (based off my results from my 2GB 660) range and it still looks far better than it's console versions of GTA 4.

There are also mods available to help this game run smoother on some systems, you should try looking into that too. hope this helps.
