Gigabyte gtx970 led light keep blinking ?

Hi there. Last week i grab one of the gigabyte gtx970 g1 gaming and it works like a charm. Today i received another one for my SLI setup and after like 1 hour or something the led lighting of the top card keeps blinking like hell(The one stick with the dvi port to my monitor). I have tried to swap the cards but... the new one start to blink again, also i've tried the geforce experience to change the led lights but no hope, only the bottom one works fine, the top one still work but it still keeps blinking.

I'm using evga 850w gold so i don't think the problem is the psu.

I've googled and i cannot find anything related to it. Is there enybody can help me with, i'm at lost right now!

EDIT : ok so the blinking just dissapeared itself and i ran into another problem when the top card is running at 70 celcius on full load and the second one is only 35. This is going crazy to me

What does the blinking light mean?

Are the power connectors on properly?

Is it locked into the pcie slot?

Is the SLI bridge on properly?

It's blinking, like the breathing led light option in the geforce experience and i cannot get rid of it.

Yes, i've checked the power connectors and nothing is wrong

Yes, it is locked

Yes, i even changed to head of the sli bridge but it doesn't help

try install[331.65]nvidia driver/can found LED equalizer MODE.Also if you Gpu Support like a Msi Kombustor stress test driver]can adjust from there/
