GIGABYTE h170-d3HP M.2 Acknowledgement + Graphics card identification

I have built my first PC, which posts and goes into the bios. When checking through the F3 BIOS in my GA-h170-D3HP motherboard, I realized that under BIOS features my M.2 was not in the list of my boot drives, only, my hard drive (SATA) and my disk reader/writer (also SATA). Any Ideas on how to fix this problem? Right now im going to switch where I have put my sata cables into the motherboard to see if it shares the m.2 with one of my sata lanes.

Problem 2#: Graphics card identification. I do not see acknowledgement that my graphics card exists in the bios except for the fact that the HDMI cord works through the port on the graphics card. Is this normal?
 
1| Can you please pass on your full system's specs?
2| Have you tried booting your system with only the M.2 storage device and GPU connected? You should be able to see your storage drive devoid of any other SATA device's.
3| If at all possible update your BIOS manually with a USB drive and see if you can boot into OS/desktop to install your GPU drivers.
4| Your manual states that your M.2 slot is wired to SATA3_0 and quite possibly SATA3_1 as well since one SATA Express based SSD takes two SATA ports out of action.
