Gigabyte hd6670 2g compatibility issues windowqs8

Hello,
I just bought a new prbuilt system HP Pavilion 1446s with the A10-5700 APU and windows 8, all works great only Problem is I upgrade my graphics fromm the hd7660d onboard th GIGABYE hd 6670 2gig ram when I boot up I will often have to boot twice to getwindows going and some of my programs now hang or crash at start up I also get a splash screen at boot wich reads the license installed is not for this computer HP blames gigabyte gigabyte blames hp any of you wizards have any suggestions ?

Oh yes I forgot I also insalled acooland quiet 575w power supply

Have you tried updating motherboard bios?its not a good idea to buy prebuild system and then upgrade it,manufacturers dont give upgrade freedom mostly so that just sux..

yes I have am having some difficulties due to HP bios lock I concur on the prebuilt being a poor idea but I am poor so it was my best buy for the price range I have managed to clear up most my probs however now I am trying to get to my clock settings, Thank you very much for you're reply

can you disable onboard graphics in BIOS?
or clearly remove the ATI driver by using Driver Sweeper

I have tried all of that but as I am locked out of most of my bios about all I am capable of doing is to change my boot order The only way to fix the prob is to reflash bios so of coarse ami has collaborated with hp not to allow bios flash for hp computers unless it is a new hp bios thanks for the thoughts but the only way to beat this kind of prob is to get rid of corporate America power to the people
