Please help. I’ve got a new monitor Gigabyte M32UC and every time I change settings in Nvidia control panel to 4K x 2K, 3840 x 2160 60Hz and apply it asks me if I want keep these settings, when I press yes it then changes my settings back to 3840 x 2160 (native)

every time I change settings in Nvidia control panel to 4K x 2K
this doesn't make sense.
what do you mean by 4K x 2K?

did you mean, 4K vs 2K?
3840 x 2160 60Hz and apply it asks me if I want keep these settings, when I press yes it then changes my settings back to 3840 x 2160 (native)
this would insinuate that you are setting it to 4K
and it is accepting 4K.

there is no "change back" from 3840x2160 to 3840x2160.
those are the same setting.

have you just mistyped your statement and meant something else?

4K x 2K would equal 2160 x 1440.

There’s a setting saying 4k x 2k 3840x2160 under the ultra hd,hd,sd part when I accept it, it goes down to 3840x2160(native) under pc
