Gigabyte m52l-s3p and gtx 260 issue

Hello i'm new to forums so i will just jump in at the deep end. I recently sold a Gigabyte m52l-s3p motherboard to a customer it is virtualy brand new and was never used, I tested it twice befor selling it with two differant card. Now the issue seems to be that it fires up beeps corectly but there is no output from his card, yet when he put his card in his old system it works.which in my eyes seems very odd he has a psu that is up to the job, cpu is supported as is everything eles i canot for the life of me figure it out. there is no reason for it not to work. Any help would be apreciated

I tested it with my 9800gt and a radion 4850 both of which pre date a 260

your motherboard is pretty old... it's doesn't support the GPU.....

There would be no issue on pcie end of things you can use 2 on 1 it just slows the bandwidth. Upon further investigation it may be a bios update needed and also there was incompatible issues with some cpus and cards even thoigh listed as compatible I will be trying this all out tomorrow for the cuatomer but thank you for the input
