GIGABYTE M61PME-S2 no display forum

Hello,

I have 3 Gigabyte GA-M61PME-S2 motherboard. The problem there is no DISPLAY. The PSU, RAM, processor even the PCIE are tested ok. (I tried AMD AM3 Sempron 140 @ 2.7 GHz & AMD AM3 Athlon II X2 250 3.0 Ghz)

Hi there,

Please give us more detailed information about your new setup, to hone in on the problem directly. Need the RAM you are using, model numbers and size, one or two sticks, if a matched pair, the PSU model and size, the video card model #, etc.

I checked both CPU's and both are on the compatability list. For now, stick with the Athelon II 3 GHz.

Also did you attach a pre graphics small speaker to the front header, to get beep code informatioin before the video card initializes? If not, that would help a lot to ID whether it's a MB, CPU, RAM, or Video card Hardware problem.

I assume that you have seen nothing on the monitor, not the BIOS splash screen, or text message of any kind.
