Gigabyte m68mt s2-gt 730 compatibility

Im gonna buy a nvidia gt 730 1gb ddr5 graphics card. I wanna know if this will be compatible with my system. My specs-
Motherboard gigabyte m68mt s2
Processor amd phenom ii x2 560
Ram 4gb ddr3
Im not sure about my psu as i'll have to open my cabinet to know, but i think it is a very low end psu.

Will my processor bottleneck my gpu? Please solve the issue about motherboard compatibility, i know nothing about pci. And please tell if any specialised psu is needed with specification. Thanks in advance.

That card should be fine with your board, and it won't bottleneck the old dual core you have. Most low end OEM PSUs will have no trouble handling that class card. Btw... be sure to get the 64 bit version of the GT 730, not the 128 bit version.
