Gigabyte or ASRock?

Planning my first build and stuck on choosing between

- Gigabyte GA-AB350-Gaming 3
- ASRock AB350 Pro4

I know gigabyte is fancier but I'm not sure if it's worth it?? I don't want to push the budget..

Solid, you're going tohave to make sure that board comes with an up to date bios though to run the 2600.

I was a bit worried about the power supply. (tight on budget xD) Do you think it's good enough?

If 200gb is enough space for you (that's what youll have left after formatting & Windows installation) it's fine.

You have 16gb ram so memory pagefiling will be minimal.

Get 3000mhz+ ram if you can.
Ssd ,get 240gb for start. Mx500 or sx8200

I would get the newer ryzen 5 2600.
powersupply sucks, try to get a seasonic focus 550w/evga supernova g3/ corsair rmx,rmi/
if thats too much at least get a corsair cx550m

try to get the ti version for the gpu, its a better value per dollar.

drop the hard drive and get a 250gb ssd, you can always add 1tb later(plug and play), it takes some effort to fill that(samsung evo is a good brand+model).

the case is pretty expansive, how much is the phanteks p400s( I own that case case, its awesome!)

Bad PSU, both of them. A Corsair CX450 is a good choice, and is not too expensive either. The GPU is fine.

Also, you're overspending on the case, could save a few dollars off of the case and spend it on faster RAM. Get a Corsair Spec-01, or Cooler Master MasterBox Lite 5, they're cheaper and still good.

People have commented on that Motherboard not being so great... Maybe change for MSI/GIG/ASUS

That's for the Micro-ATX model, the ATX version has no issues.

I was really confused because 850 EVO is not in the QVL of ASRock. Any problems running it?

I have not had any issues.
Just because a disk in not listed it does not automatically means it won't work.
It will be kind of hard for them to test each disk that has been released.
