Gigabyte or MSI R9 270

From newegg canada the msi is 240 while the gigabyte is 195. Is the msi worth the extra 45? does it give better performance or is it just overpriced, many thanks.

I would go for the gigabyte as its cheaper and it has a better cooler. The msi one is probably more expensive because of shipping to newegg is more expensive.
