Gigabyte R9 280X no display

I got an used Gigabyte 280x and it doesn't output any video. I've tried a lot of the settings in BIOS, disabled secure boot, fast boot and disabled Intel HD graphics. Then, I've plugged the card in and booted with Intel integrated graphics. There was AMD HD7900 detected in device manager. I installed the r9 200 drivers and it changed to that.

I've tried the card in other computer and it didn't work either. Is my card dead or is there anything to do?

If you tried the card in another machines seems like you found the problem dealer. Now the question is about faulty hardware or incompatibility of drivers

What is your PSU: Exact brand/model.
Did you do a clean instill of AMD drivers?
Need more info your specs.
