Gigabyte RX 460 work with hdmi to vga?

So I'm planning to by Gigabyte RX 460 2gb however it has no analog output meaning it won't work with vga screen I think which is what I have.However will it work if I get a hdmi to vga cable?

Active adapters will require power for the converter circuitry and you will need to plug it into a USB port.
