Alright, so i've got all the parts together for my new build but i still can't decide on which motherboard is the best. I've gone through hundreds of reviews from newegg.com and watched numerous video reviews of the boards that i plan to chose from only to conjure up inconclusive results. I'm hoping that the fantastic community at tomshardware.com can help me out 
. Here are the parts of the new computer:
Intel Core i7 920 Nehalem 2.66GHz
Thermalright Ultra-120 Extreme 1366 RT CPU Cooler
CORSAIR XMS3 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666)
Thermaltake Armor+MX VH8000BWS Black ATX Mid Tower
CORSAIR CMPSU-750TX 750W ATX12V
SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 4870 1GB (Crossfire two of these)
Western Digital Caviar Black WD5001AALS 500GB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive

My goal is to overclock my Intel Core i7 920 Nehalem 2.66GHz to 4ghz (possibly higher if i can get it to be stable and keep it cool) and the ram as well.
With that being said, which motherboard of the following do you all think would be the optimal choice for what i plan to do, from your personal experiences, and from information you have learned about each of the following boards? (i would prefer to not exceed $320, but if i must that's OK)
I would greatly appreciate it if you could rate the following and list them from what you believe to be the best (1) and the worst (4). Then, chose one you recommend that I buy.
Please keep in mind the quality and performance of the boards, my price preference (around $320 max), how good the BIOS is, the company's reputation, what i plan to do with it (a fairly high overclock), and any personal experiences you've had with any boards.
If you know any useful, relevant information about any of the boards, please include it with your ratings, if not that's fine (rating and/or recommendation alone is a great help 😀 ).
