Gigabyte vs cyberpowerpc 15" gtx 970m laptop

im deciding between the gigabyte p35w v3 and the Cyberpowerpc fang book edge 3, they both have gtx 970m with 6gb of gddr5 their both 15 inches. But the cyberpowerpc laptop is lighter. I don't know what warranty I would have or if the company is good. Please help

With that budget I would rather get a nice gaming pc and an ultrabook or light gaming portable laptop. Would perform much, much better.
