Gigabyte windforce 1070 oc tempreture

I have just recently built my new computer with the 1070 windforce oc. I was running about 74c on h1z1 and about 45 on idle for auto fan settings. Is that temperature too high? also is it better if I make the fan speed stay at 100% at all time? if not what's the recommended fan speed to keep at a ok temperature.

74C is perfectly fine, I wouldn't run your fans at 100% for more than short periods of time or you'll wear the cooler out faster. Just keep it on auto, the 1070 will be obsolete long before you see any benefits of making it last longer by keeping it 5C lower.
