I have the graphics card stated above and no matter what driver of nvidia i use, while im playing a game it will randomly crash saying that the display driver has stopped working. It hasn't gotten more frequent or anything but it just happens randomly for no reason. Also im not even running an overclock on it so it shouldn't do this. Its also pretty much brand new, i put the system together like 1-2 months ago.

1) All games or just one?

2) Have you tried previous driver versions?

While you're at it I would:
a) update the motherboard BIOS if newer exists, then
b) set the CPU/RAM to default (for Intel that likely means "XMP" and save), then
c) run MEMTEST for a full pass (about one hour for 16GB) www.memtest.org

All games

I have tried previous versions

i have done all of a b and c and 1 and 2.
So far since th driver updates nothing has happened yet but if something happens i'll let you know. I will see if it doesn't crash for a month and if it doesn't then ill pick yours as the solution.

The memtest86 returned nothing

Update: It does the same thing but it doesn't say that the driver has crashed in the bottom right
but it happened in crysis 3 and it said driver has crashed. It only said that the driver has crashed for crysis 3
