Gigabyte Windforce vs MSI Twin Frozr IV vs Powercolor Devil vs XFX Double Dissipation vs Asus Direct cu ii

I am planning on building my first gaming pc and I was wondering which brand gpu I should get. I will be getting the AMD R9 270x but I just don't know which brand has the best cooler. The XFX is $160 but I heard some bad things about them. The Powercolor, Gigabyte, and MSI are all $170. The Asus is $175. I want the graphics card that will run quiet and cool all around.

I personally have the XFX DD, I get great performance out of it, no cooling issues, and it's pretty quiet.
