Hi all,

I have installed samsung driver for my samsung 970 evo plus SSD AND got rid of Microsoft basic graphics PCIE slots DRIVER.

I m using gigabyte X99 designare EX mobo and i am using GTX 980 Ti in SLI.

Issue is that whenever i go into safe mode or into bios then my screen artifacts whith rgb dots and even in gigabyte logo splash screen it also artifacts with rgb dots.

But good thing is when mobo detects NVIDIA PCIE Graphics driver (Basically It no more artifcats when i log in to windows 10) then it stops artifacting with rgb dots.

Note : I am not using 970 evo plus as boot drive.

Is it normal or should i worry about it?

Thanks.

Screen artifacts have nothing to do with samsung 970 evo plus SSD.
It's your graphics card/cards failing/overheating or corrupt graphics drivers.

Could be also bad display cable (but less likely).
For your info, artifacts started happening right after installing samsung driver. And my both gpu are running fine with 65-70 C temp.

And as i metioned artifact doesnt happen when i log in to windows and system detects nvidia driver..
