Before a few days I built a new gaming pc. Firstly, everything went well and I could install Windows 10. But In the Bios I noticed, that my system only recognozed one 8 GB RAM, although I had installed 2 x 8 GB RAM, but I wanted to check that later again.
I then went on and wanted to install the drivers and software and I had to do some restarts to install them. I later checked the RAM and remounted it testing both dual channel and with only one RAM.
Since I exchanged the RAM to check it, I cant boot my pc again. It tried it with every RAM in every slot and I tested even both dual channels and nothing worked. I get no Picture on my monitor and I can't get into the BIOS. If I press the power button of my pc, it starts to run a while and the LEDs on my Motherboard and so on start shining, while I still get no picture. After about 5s to 10s, the hole pc shuts down, all the LEDs stop shining and without me doing anything, the pc restarts again. This process then repeats again about 3 times and then my pc shuts down completely.
During this hole process, I got no Picture on my monitor. My dubug LEDs codes on my Motherboard most of the time showed the error code C5. I looked up this code in the user's manual of the Motherboard and this code just stands for "reserved". From time to time, I also get the error code 19, which means "Pre-memory South-Bridge initialisationis started".
I tried almost everything I could think of to boot my pc again. Since I can't even get into the BIOS, I am kind of stuck. Can anyone think of a solution to fix this or do I have to get a new Motherboard due to some hardware damage?
