Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

We're going to need more information. Please list your specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

Inspect the CPU socket for bent or broken pins. Also, would be a good idea to list your aftermarket cooler for the build. Check and see which slots you've populated with the rams.

CPU: i5 8400
CPU cooler: NZXT Kraken x61
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z370 Aorus Gaming 5
Ram: 2x 8Gb DDR4 3000mhz T-Force Dark
SSD: 120gb Seagate ssdNow 300
HDD: 1x 1tb seagate 1x 4tb seagate barracuda
GPU: msi tuff 1070ti
PSU: Antec 750w

No bent pins, and memory are in the correct slots also tried another psu and still got the issue so I’m pretty sure it’s a motherboard issue
