Hi. The LEDs on my Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Pro are stuck on and stuck on a single color. It also stays on whether or not the computer is powered on or not. I've tried changing it with the Gigabyte RGB Fusion software as well as just disabling it in the BIOS but neither have done anything to fix it. I've tried updating and resetting the BIOS, uninstalling and reinstalling the Gigabyte software. I've done everything but a fresh Windows install, which I'd rather not do. I want to either turn them off or even just change the color - any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

X

Hi friend,

I have the same issue. Besides, I have a Windows notificacion sound each 10 minutes related to a USB (ITE Upgrade Mode), which I believe is related to this the LEDs.

Finally, I am going to replace the motherboard, I believe it's faulty. Tomorrow I will receive it... I hope I could solve the issues.

That's the suggestion I got from Gigabyte, but they refused to cross ship a motherboard, and I don't have the luxury of being able to be without a computer for an unknown period of time. So, I'm kind of stuck with it (and the annoying Windows notification chime). I wish there was a way to just shut off whatever circuit or chip runs the LEDs.

Oh, I understand you. Amazon accepted to cross ship the motherboard, so I accepted this option. As an alternative (Not solving the issue from the root cause), could be to disable sound notification of USB ports.
