It shouldn't be a problem since you only have one stick and it is a low profile module. I would consider getting a different cooler for that CPU and getting 2 8GB RAM modules to take advantage of dual channel.

I am getting 2 sticks must have accidentally missed it. Can't really afford another cooler since I already have this one from my previous CPU and I'm barely managing to squeeze these parts into my budget. But thanks for your answer and suggestion.
