Question Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Xtreme motherboard will not post.

So I have finished my build and tried my first post test... I know the power is going to my motherboard cause the power LED on it was lit. What’s interesting is if I switch the power supply on, the case LED’s, RAM LED’s, liquid cooler LED’s and all of my fans turn on for like 5 seconds but then turns off. I tried using the power button afterwards on the case and the power button on the motherboard but my computer would not turn on AT ALL! I looked into the QA on gigabytes website but I can’t find anything that will help me in this regard.

Can you reflash the bios even if you can’t get into the bios?

You're correct, if no post, no update facility (QFlash).
