Gigabyte Z390 - USB stays on after PC shutdown (e.g. HyperX Cloud II)

Hello, just wondering if anyone knows the solution to this issue, I googled but didn't find anything. So I have built a new rig recently and have HyperX Cloud II headset connected via USB. After I turn off the PC the external card which is on the headset keeps getting power and the light there is switched on. I don't have this problem with my razer keyboard or mouse. I was looking for a setting for USB in BIOS and from what is listed nothing seems to be relevant to this. Please advise. Help would be much appreciated. Thank you
