Hi, and thank you for helping!
I have the Gigabyte Z68a-d3h-b3, it's old yeah, but still good!
I sometimes see that screen(the one I posted) of I'm lucky. The computer resets and resets until I remove the power! I tried to press delete to enter the bios with no luck, I tried to remove my graphic card and use the embedded one, I tried to remove and change the memory, I also changed the processor from an i5 to an i7... No luck with nothing.
Please help me! "I also have a Z68A-D3-B3 with the exact same problem.
Thank you very much for taking the time to read all of this.

Are you testing these boards while in the case? Try breadboarding the GA-Z68A-D3H-B3 outside the case. Connect up just the CPU/cooler, PSU, one stick of RAM (in 1st slot if required), and connect the...
Two Z68 boards with the same problem? That is weird! Were both boards using the same system? Same HDD/SSD, PSU, etc? List the rest of your specs including OS. I suspect another device is corrupt. Maybe the boot drive if you tried both boards on the same system. Or the PSU having a low voltage on one of its rails.

I removed everything, so no HDD, tried 2 diffement kind of memory, both work on different computer, also the PSU work very well.
Oh and it's exactly the same motherboard, one got an internal graphic card.

Are you testing these boards while in the case? Try breadboarding the GA-Z68A-D3H-B3 outside the case. Connect up just the CPU/cooler, PSU, one stick of RAM (in 1st slot if required), and connect the monitor to the iGPU. No KB, mouse, drives, etc. Start the system by momentarily shorting the two pins that the power button would connect to. See if you get the board to perform normally... no reset.
