Gigabyte Z77X-UD3H not starting

Hey,
my computer was running without any problems, but immediately stopped. After that, when I try to start it, nothing happens. Only the CPU fan starts spinning and after 1 sec or less, it stops and tries to start once again. On the LED with error codes - nothing. Its just starting and then switching off and I cant see anything. I tried with my 2 ram sticks on different slots, with only one ram stick, but nothing.

MoBo - Z77X-UD3H
CPU - i5-3570k (no OC)
RAM - Kingston HyperX Savage
PSU - Thermaltake Smart SE630W

What can be the problem?

I just tried running my old PC with this PSU and the old PC is working fine, so the PSU must be fine

Try starting the board with only CPU and CPU fan installed. If still the same, then it might be a board or CPU issue. I'd RMA them both, if under warranty.
