Thanks for the effort and will to help, i can not get the PNP to "hing" on the metal, it keeps falling.
and there is not fix position anyway, it can go up or down. just crazy.
i try to get info from INTEL the online chat service point me to a PDF from march 2013 with such a poor graphics description that i cant believe my eyes.
later INTEL support on the phone was more emphatic but did almost the same point me to a site with some instructions nothing clear or elegant as we are talking about one of the most expensive and important components of a machine.
i guess all problems in life lead to a political / social reasoning , capitalism is what is it is, sell sell and sell as much as you can. , no service no responsibility
one of the largest corporations on the world can not hire somebody or order any department to create a complete informative document on every PROCESSOR OFFICIAL RELEASE for how to install and how to remove one of their more popular products. do they have the money to do that ?
their videos on you tube are from 2011. any shame on the share holders ?
who is in charge of INTEL branding ?
at the end the guy on the phone mention the 4 pins below the plastic cover are design of GIGABYTE and therefore their responsibility.
so i am where i start.
