Gigabyte Z97-X Gaming 3 with 4 pin PWM fan

Hi. I am a bit of a newbie, so sorry if this is really obvious. I just wanted to ask if my motherboard can support this fan: NOCTUA NF-A12X25 PWM

Yes it can.

If you look at the motherboard manual (online) you can see that it has 4 pin fan headers, that means you can use both PWM and DC (3 pin fans).
Just make sure that BIOS fan options are set to be Auto or PWM.
