Solution
If you are referring to this one:

http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4953#ov

The only difference is that the MX is a smaller (micro ATX) board: that means it has less expansion ports, and consequently somewhat less features.

Comparison:

http://www.gigabyte.com/products/comparison/list.aspx?ck=2&pids=4953,4968

As you can see, the MX version has 2 PCI-E x1 slots less, has no PCI slots at all, suppoirts 2-way Crossfire as compared to 3-Way Crossfire on larger board and lacks TPM header. NONE of those features is a deal breaker unless you absolutely need several PCI-E x1 slots or a legacy PCI port.

Thank you so much Ancient! :) dont think i will need the exra PCI-E slots :) was worried that it would be a dealbreaker, and i had to wait for another motherboard. But after reading this I will start building my computer :)
