As the the title says, yesterday I just finished building my new gaming rig. When I went to power on the PC the motherboard would run for few seconds then turn off and turn on repeatedly without ever reaching BIOS screen. So afterwards I took off one of the ram stick leaving just one on the DDR3_1 slot and the motherboard was able to successfully boot to BIOS screen. I did the same thing again but with the other stick and that one also booted successfully. So this means that both ram sticks are working fine but now after I added both rams together for Dual Channel the motherboard goes and does it again turning on and off. The manual recommends putting Dual Channel Rams on DDR3_1 and DDR3_2 which is what I did. Is it maybe because there isn't enough voltage pushing out for Dual Channel? Considering it works fine when One ram is inserted but not two. I'm still new to the whole PC building thing so if someone can help me solve this I would greatly appreciate it Thanks.
