If the price difference isn't large, I'd say go with the z87 ud3h.
Both motherboards are designed for good overclocking and haswell cpus so you can't go wrong here, they're both pretty good boards for 120-165 dollar price range. You might have a bit of problem with the BIOS though, as some people say it's a bit confusing but that is a matter of taste I quess.
Alternatively, if you'd like to change, here's a couple of motherboards that are pretty good overclockers aswell and stay within a 120-165 price range.
