Solution

$1500 is a budget which should have been mentioned, not "unlimited", with the current prices.

The 1060 can help, here:
PCPartPicker part list: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/x8RTCb
Price breakdown by merchant: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/x8RTCb/by_merchant/

CPU: Intel - Core i7-8700K 3.7GHz 6-Core Processor ($346.89 @ OutletPC)
CPU Cooler: Corsair - H100i v2 70.7 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler ($99.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: MSI - Z370-A PRO ATX LGA1151 Motherboard...
Monitor? Peripherals? OS? Are they in the budget?

6K Will require quite a bit of RAM. i9 should be best option or Threadripper. I have given both.

Titan in case you use the GPU as well (I know, 1080Ti may be better but it is more powerful).

Budget would be best defined, otherwise you will get very expensive builds.

Thank you for your replay, but i need a i7 built because i9 components are not available for me yet and its quite expensive,... The budget would be $1500 and i already have a MSI gtx 1060 ddr5 6gb(do i need to buy new gpu to? If so i can increase the budget a bit)

ROG Z370 E has onboard wifi and slightly more features, the Z370 A pro is a basic board which is pretty good. If you need the features of the Z370 E, go for it.

Can't really comment on the card being able to do that, I have not too much experience with that sector. It is a powerful card, experience with that will let you know.
