Question Glitchy pixels when i put my refresh rate on 144hz

RTX 2060s
R 5 3600x
16gb RAM
ssd etc.

monitor: AOC 27G2U

yo, im new to this forum so i hope i am doing this correct but in the pic under this message you can see the bottom of my screen glitching it only does this when i change my resolution in geforce control panel to [pc] 1080-1920 144hz after a while it wears off but it also comes back later i can prevent this issue by putting my monitor in 120hz in native but 120hz is not what i want permanently

I don't see a picture anywhere. Without seeing it I cannot really help you, if you have another display cable, try that.
