Global wattman question

I' m trying to get highest posible mem overclock on my rx 470. I got timings from 1750 to 2000 in bios and uped max from 2100 mhz to 2250 but it crush above 2190mhz i want to try uping mem voltage by just 3-5% of what it is now in hope of getting stable. From my info voltage in wattman is controler voltage not actual mem voltage and maybe i' m blind but i dont see mem voltage in bios. Any info? Or is it enought to overclock controler if yes how far

I have already see those (i did my homework) but it seems that increasing mem voltage in wattman wont help much. Any way it was stable in furmark for 30 min but got crush after that 1150v on wattman mem voltage
