Glossy or anti glare

Solution
The term 'better picture quality' is very subjective. What I think is better might look like crap to you, and vice versa. I'm also assuming that the "Led backlit hd display" is glossy.
Glossy screens are generally brighter and offer more vibrant colors but the surface is almost mirror-like, reflecting any light around you. Everything from the florescent lights overhead, to you sitting in front of the screen will be reflected in bright environments (e.g. outside on a bright day). Glossy screens also show dirt, marks, and fingerprints much more. Anti-glare has a soft non-mirror-like finish. Colors won't pop as much but it will be much more usable in bright environments since you get much less reflection.

Is this a laptop that will move around a lot or a computer screen that won't move at all?
Again, this really comes down to personal preference and usage. I'd suggest going to a store and looking at both types of screens so you can make an informed decision.
