Gmod keeps tabbing out

Hi there,
for some reason when i play gmod, after a few minutes of playing the game, it would immedietly tab out by itself. I recently oc'd me EVGA GTX 1060 sc +100mhz on clock and+200 mhz on memory. I also updated to latest nvidia driver to date.

Can someone help me pls!!!

Windows 10. And yes, its only GMOD. It never used to do this before.

I don't see how overclocking would change things but have you tried reverting?

Have you tried an older driver to a version you remembered working?

Something is calling and making the game minimise. Have a look at fullscreen optimisation option under compatibility of Gmod's exe and check disable. With any luck the game will run fullscreen instead of borderless windowed mode which fullscreen opt in Win10 does and make it harder for anything running in foreground to take priority.
