Gmod run on celeron

I'm going to get a laptop for schoolwork. Even though I have my gaming PC for games I would like to be able to play a little bit of Gmod on it. Can I do this,
Specs: lenovo b50-30
N2840
4gb ram
Integrated HD graphics
320gb hdd

Generally, integrated graphics are not enough to run most games effectively as it shares resources with the CPU. As for playability for Gmod, I highly doubt it. It is a very old game and even my PC struggles sometimes. I used to play Gmod on my laptop before and I barely got 20 FPS.

OK, i remember playing gmod on an old amd laptop (turion x2 rm70 with geforce 8200) and it was ok between 18-27 fps yet was constantly dipping since it overheated so much. i was hoping this being better specced laptop it would run well. just out of curiosity what were the specs of that laptop you used.

Also would you be able to Find a laptop that can run gmod at low with smooth 30 fps for under 200 pounds (can be 10-20 over but no more)
