Go on games and my comp goes off

Hello,
i go on a game and my computer automatically turns off and then i have to turn power supply switch off for five secons then back on but every game i play it does it help please thanks

What kind of games are you talking about? What graphics card do you have? It sounds to me like your power supply isn't powerful enough for your graphics card and it gets overloaded when running 3D games.
