I think we're reaching the point now where we should be able to opt-out of language packs for games when we install them, this was a concern back in 2014 when Titanfall 1 launched with 35GB of uncompressed audio that covered several languages, but most players only ever use a single language for their games, which is their native language. It might not make the biggest difference, but every little helps for cases like this.

Nearly 200GB for a SINGLE game is a bit of a hard sell, because I'll only ever want to play it once and then immediately uninstall it for space, and the concept of re-downloading 200GB for a replay is daunting as well, because I just did the math and with my current internet speed it would take me just over 10 hours to download it (UK internet infrastructure isn't great...)
 
I wonder if its a stupid idea for publishers to start selling copies of their games on USB somehow, since not everyone has high speed internet. Not sure how they'd be able to enable all their DRM and LP garbage but, maybe physical media might be necessary again in some cases.
