going to buy Alieneware x51 998 pounds need advice

i know people will jump in and say Overpriced i dont care about cash, i want PC will last with good customer service i dont want PC when something get corrupted ill be redirect to subcontractor or the manufacturer, So is dell / alieneware good as customer service any experience ? any friend had one ? Please no RAGE 😛

what do you expect with a laptop, there is no room to get the adequate cooling.. if you want to run your gpu , thats what you have to expect. The good thing about them is they dont get hot with normal use- because they use the onboard gpu to run the majority of regular pc(non gaming) usage!

i have used overclockers loads and i know a lot of others that have..

if you want any firm to build your pc and are happy to pay a bit more than buying bits from random places and want the warranty build- there is nowhere better in the UK.

You are misunderstanding what a warranty is. When you build a computer EACH part has a warranty, typically ALOT longer than a whole computer warranty will be.

Yeah but when the PC has a flute i dont have to hassle right i can just ring them and say hello my PC FLUTY fix it or refund me 😛

Building a PC is super simple though. My 50 year old mom can literally build a computer. I'm not kidding.

actually- in the case of alienware- they would send an engineer to your house to fix if he can.. however that is not me saying he should get alienware just putting the facts out there..

And the bigger concern is that pcs parts(self build or bought built) dont break down within warranty . there normally last a bit of time
