Good 23 Inch To 24 IPS Monitor?

I need a good 23 - 24 inch monitor that has IPS, and is under 160 dollars. I already found 2, but just want to know if there are more that is better.

In the end, you really need to go and see the panels personally, and see what you will like. Hard to buy this online without seeing the displays.

Viewsonic IPS under budget.

On some products, Amazon gets a special deal from the manufacturer. I have seen this on GPS units for example. I am suspecting that is what is going on here as well.
