Good $800 Budget build?

I saw it on another thread, And it looked decent. I just wanted to make sure it would be able to run BF4, On mediumish settings at a playable framerate, DayZ Any settings, As long as its playable.

It will run those games at medium settings or so.

The build is solid. I would recommend windows 81. but it doesn't matter as everyone will get the upgrade to 10 for free when it releases anyway.

Do you think it would be able to run Arma 3, Or would I have to up my budget?

It will run Arma3. Not at the best settings, but it will run the game.
