Just curious, what are your specs? If you cant run most games at 120FPS fairly stable, you should invest in a 60HZ monitor instead, since you won't get the benefit of a higher refresh rate.

Not much reason to have a cheap 144hz monitor. Anything less than a GTX 780 Ti or R9 290X wouldn't get high enough framerates consistently in new games to justify the higher refresh, and using a cheap monitor on those is a waste. Unless you just want to get rid of vsync or something.

Unless spending less money is a reason. Oh and XL2411z is getting fantastic reviews for the price. And it's other colour technologies, and it's eye strain reduction, and 3D for around £200 why not?
