Good beginner PC?

Yeah that looks okay, cpu is a bit old but still no slouch my today's standards. The gpu is good for 1080p max settings 60fps or close to it in most games. The price isn't bad. You are always taking a risk buying used, the seller does have good feedback though not very much of it.
