Good Budget PS4 Monitor

I've decided on saving some money and instead of buying a $1,300 Gaming PC, to buy a $500 PS4 (I'll have $800 left in the bank) and then in a few months i'll buy a lesser gaming rig.

Does anyone know any monitors that deffinitely support a PS4 and come with speakers that are maximum around $150 CDN?
