Good Build for 700 euros?

I'm trying to build a computer for a friend and his maximum budget is 700 euros, which is around 800 dollars, so far I have managed this but don't know if I can do better.

Seems that you cannot do many miracles with that budget.. but I would consider 960 instead of the 270X you currently have there. They start around 200€ which is more or less what you pay for that 270X from asus.
