Good cheap monitor?

What is a nice cheap but good monitor that is under 100$? I need it for my dual monitor set up. It needs to be at the very least 20". Thank you in advance.

This is a good one, fairly low response time, and it's an IPS panel so it will have better colors than a typical monitor:

Sub 100 isn't "very good" for monitors, and the gaming ones start at like $120/130

HDMI? no, but why specifically does it need to be hdmi? It has DVI and VGA, and you probably have a spare DVI port.
This is a same price monitor with HDMI, but it's not an IPS, so it's kinda worse but for the same price *shrug*

Video wise it's worse than DVI.

You never said anything about an xbox originally, is it hooked up to your current monitor?
Why does it need to be hooked up to your new monitor if it's already hooked up?

Currently my xbox is hooked up to my TV. But my family is moving soon so I will be having a much more game friendly set up.
