[SOLVED] Good cleanup program?

Hello,

I just got hacked (my email address and a online game account) for the second time in two months, and probably because of some sort of virus on my computer.
I wanted to know if anybody knows of a good and free anti-virus for Mac and a Mac version of CCLeaner.

As for Mac version CC, just leave the system alone to look after itself, its pretty efficient.

ClamXav is a good free anti-virus for Mac OS X, and Onyx is somewhere along the lines of CCleaner.
